About 1,000 students in the gym attended the rally and heard Brown talk about his experiences raising money for cystic fibrosis through teh Josh Brown Giving Project. He promised to stop by again if the students raised even more money next year.

Seventh grade student Hunter Park, who has Cystic Fibrosis, said it was good to see t hat people care.

“If we can raise awareness than more people might be interested in helping us find a cure,” he said.
